03/21/09 | by George [mail] | Categories: Uncategorized

:?: This is LEADERSHIP:D There is SOOOOOOOOO much talent available to all of you and I just want to say to Maggie that we are all blessed to have someone like you with your experience and knowledge it is AWESOME!!!!!

Hi Team,

This is an important video about your back office. Please pass this on to anyone who I have missed and is not on this list.
People have questions and most of them can be answered if you take the time to learn the back office.

http://www.sponsordaddy.com/sdbo/

We had a powerful couple of days! George Hartman and I connected with the upline and the downline of our Team.
We asked some thought provoking questions:

What is your Method of Operation?
What are your Goals?
What are you doing consistently to share SponsorDaddy?
Are you following up?
Do you have a positive attitude?
Are you showing up?
What is missing?
How can we help you?
Are you keeping in touch with your Team?

You are always going to meet people and they may be on your Team that say Oh if only we had this and if only we had that and Guess what?
The next system or training they embrace they will say If only we had this and only if we had that.
If we stop saying If only and Say look at what we have! Become passionate about what we have in our hands then we would be more successful!

We have the missing Link for people, they need what we have!
This Year will not get any better for alot of people.
Reach out and share SponsorDaddy, it is the answer!
A System that Delivers, a Committed Team, and More!

Invite guests to the Webinar and Who do you know in LA? on the 31st.

We are here for you!

Do you want to change your life for the better?
It starts with YOU!

Your committed Success Partner and Friend,
Maggie

Got to LOVE IT!

The Power of the LIVE Webinars

 Couple of quick stories this week.

1. I had my neighbor come down the other day and ask me "Why are you always home? I always see your truck in the driveway and I see you in shorts and flip flops everyday. Did you WIN the lottery or something?"

I said "well kind of" I have a VIRTUAL ONLINE FRANCHISE and it is the easiest thing ever. In fact I get checks every week sent right to my mailbox and I never have to leave. People are making hundreds and even thousands of dollars already.

Shawn asked if I could tell him more and I said (BIG KEY HERE) I sure could but better yet part of my franchise is that it does that for me so what is your email address? I will enter it in my TAF (Tell a Friend) system and it will walk you right through it.

That was it.....then before Shawn even went into the system he was calling people telling them about a guy he knows at the end of the street that works for himself, lives in this nice neighborhood (so he must be making money) and he will teach me what he does, are you interested? He had the guy here at my house the next day.

Then Shawn entered the system, became a HOT lead. I followed up, invited him to the Monday night webinar and 20 minutes after the Webinar Shawn called and said "I am in at the $200.00 and lets go for it!!!

2. COLD LEADS WORK IF YOU WORK THEM: Ifollowed up on a cold lead yesterday (Wed) and got a hold of Charles. When we first spoke he was not totally sure what I was talking about so I asked a bunch of questions and then sent him back to the site and also sent him the recorded webinar (http://sponsordaddy.com/sdov/
) from the back office. One of my tools. I also invited him to the 200/10k club leader webinar on Wednesday nights. Here was part of Charles email response a little later in the day:

Hi Goerge,
It was nice talking with you earlier. Thank you for the information. I watched the webinare that you sent me twice. I have been looking for something that would make marketing easier for a low-techie like me. I am looking forward to your webinare this evening. I will talk to you after the webinare.
Sincerely,

Charles Heydon

AFTER THE WEBINAR

Inspire Personal Accountability...

 As a leader, deciding to make changes is the easy part. Getting your people on board is much more difficult. Why is that? Quite simply, change is an emotional process. We are all creatures of habit who usually resist it, and welcome routine. Unchartered waters are scary!

In the long run, however, sameness is the fast tract to mediocrity. And, mediocre companies won't survive. Tuli Kupferberg said it best... "When patterns are broken, new worlds emerge." And, that is your challenge...to convince your team that the new world you are trying to create is better than the one you're in. Is it easy? Of course not. It takes planning, commitment, patience and courage.

The truth, of course, is that change can be a wonderful gift. In fact, it is the key that unlocks the doors to growth and excitement in any organization. And, most importantly, without it...your competition will pass you by. A big part of success, as a leader, will be your ability to inspire your team to get out of their comfort zones; to assure them that even though they are on a new path, it's the right path, for the right reasons.

That's what this book is all about....ideas, to inspire, to motivate, and to encourage your team to move forward and to embrace change.

I'd like to share one of the chapters titled: Inspire Personal Accountability. Enjoy!

Inspire Personal Accountability:
Excerpt from Change is Good...You Go First
By Mac Anderson and Tom Feltenstein
Something magical happens when we accept personal responsibility for our behavior and our results. But, it's not easy, because it's human nature to "pass the buck". I (Mac) know there have been times in my life when my business was struggling where I found myself blaming others, blaming the economy, blaming this, blaming that! But as I've gotten older (and a little wiser) when things go wrong in my business, or my life, I can always find the culprit...in the mirror. In every instance, it always comes back to choices I've made in my life that put me exactly where I am today. I have to say, that this one "tweak" in my attitude may sound like a little thing, but it has made a big difference in my life.

What does all this have to do with change? Plenty! As a manager, one of the most important things you can do in times of change is to get your people to understand how taking personal responsibility and recognizing problems as opportunities, will not only help the company, but will help them as individuals. In other words, sell the idea of...what's in it for them?

Authors B.J. Gallagher and Steve Ventura wrote a great little book about achieving success through personal accountability titled: Who Are "They" Anyway? I like their list showing how each individual in the company can benefit by adopting a "personal accountability attitude":

You have more control over your destiny
You become an active contributor rather than a passive observer
Others look to you for leadership
You gain the reputation as a problem solver
You enhance your career opportunities
You enjoy the satisfaction that comes from getting things done...the power of positive doing
You experience less anger, frustration and helplessness - all leading to better physical health
You realize a positive spillover effect into your personal life at home
According to Gallagher and Ventura, the most important words of personal responsibility are as follows:

The 10 most important words:
I won't wait for others to take the first step.
The 9 most important words:
If it is to be, it's up to me.
The 8 most important words:
If not me, who? If not now, when?
The 7 most important words:
Let me take a shot at it.
The 6 most important words:
I will not pass the buck.
The 5 most important words:
You can count on me.
The 4 most important words:
It IS my job!
The 3 most important words:
Just do it!
The 2 most important words:
I will.
The most important word:
Me

Subject: Which crowd has 212 degree potential,

There are three Basic types of people in life. The tunnel crowd 60%, the rut crowd 30%, and the freedom crowd 5%. There is a fourth group, I’ll mention them but it’s not worth writing about them, “they owe me crowd” 5%+ this is the group that feels the government should do every thing for them. I’m the victim you’re the cause, where’s mine. This group includes a lot of politicians.

The tunnel crowd, they will take whatever life throws at them and with a bit of grumbling continue to provide for their families, be good neighbors, support good causes and work hard all their lives. There is nothing wrong with that other than a commitment to accept thing as they are. What a lost potential!

The rut crowd, they work hard and on occasion step out of the daily mold of life to just to change things. These folks still have a dream but are to caught up in the every day tasking, on occasions they achieve something special. This is the group most likely to want change. At this point I should mention that it takes a person who is not afraid of change to make a differences. In this crowd there sit a spark waiting to explode. This is the group from which the freedom crowd derives from.

Anything can happen in a course of a lifetime and usually will. Sometimes hitting bottom leaves only one way out and that’s up. Are you ready for change?
